GSD Works was founded by Martin Beier, a former head of operations and business systems who spent years inside manufacturing and warehousing businesses — managing production floors, implementing ERP systems, fixing inventory problems, and coaching teams through change.

After leaving the corporate world, Martin discovered something unexpected: a large number of owner-operated businesses were struggling with the exact same problems he'd spent his career solving. They'd invested in systems — Odoo, Zoho, SAP, Pronto — but the systems didn't match what was actually happening on the floor.

The gap between "what the system says" and "what the floor does" was costing them time, money, and sanity.

Why GSD Works exists

Most of the businesses we work with are doing $3–10 million in turnover. The owner is still personally involved in day-to-day operations — managing production, chasing stock issues, fixing system errors — instead of focusing on sales and growth.

They can't afford a McKinsey engagement. They don't need a 100-page report. They need someone who understands both the systems and the floor, who can roll up their sleeves and actually fix things.
