Intro Call (15 min, free)

We talk about what's going on in your business. No sales pitch. If we can help, we'll say so. If we can't, we'll tell you that too.

Step 2

Floor & Systems Discovery (1–2 days, onsite)

We walk your floor, observe how things actually work, and map where your systems and operations diverge. You get a clear picture of the gaps, not a theory.

Step 3

Fix & Align (2–6 weeks)

We fix the gaps with practical changes: system reconfiguration, process redesign, data cleanup. Hands-on, alongside your team.

Step 4

Coach & Handover

We get it. Most consultancies deliver a report and leave. We stay on your floor until the changes are working. If it's not practical, we don't recommend it.
