Before this project, warehouse processes were largely informal. There was no reliable location discipline, and the disconnect between physical stock and system data was a constant source of problems.

What we did: implement barcode scanning and location control in Odoo

We implemented a barcode and location-based warehouse workflow using Odoo's warehouse management capabilities. The objective was to create a warehouse that is easier to run day-to-day, while improving stock accuracy and enabling consistent stock rotation.

How we approached it: make the system match the warehouse, not the other way around
