Before this project, warehouse processes were largely informal. There was no reliable location discipline, and the disconnect between physical stock and system data was a constant source of problems.
Even when inventory quantities existed in the system, confidence in the data was low because the physical warehouse didn't consistently match what Odoo said was on hand.

We implemented a barcode and location-based warehouse workflow using Odoo's warehouse management capabilities. The objective was to create a warehouse that is easier to run day-to-day, while improving stock accuracy and enabling consistent stock rotation.
